It was a wonderful stay for 2 extra nights. the breakfast was enjoyable with various international dishes. the staff was exceptionally nice and super friendly. the location was great, and free parking on site was convenient.

comfy and perfect location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. the bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away. the breakfast was varied and offered lots of amazing food.

Separate rooms with big beds. Wonderful and plentiful breakfast. Clean facilities and a clean pool. Early check, in and late check, out available. Convenient on, site parking. Stunning location with easy access to an outdoor mini, golf course. Friendly and helpful staff members.

I have just returned from a really good stay in this child, friendly hotel. the rooms are well, appointed and brand, new. the staff is well, trained and friendly. the hotel offers superior views of the riverside. the breakfast is rich, large, and delicious with plenty of food. the property provides excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is stunning, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy including group clinics and a good choice of water activities. We loved spending time in the several pools and appreciated the adults-only pool. The hotel facilities are great, especially the on-site spa which was clean and had excellent massage therapists. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Water activities & kids club

Had a decent time with the water sports, our kids were very happy. The kids club was great with their activities and friendly staff. Plus, the hotel’s location provided great views of the river.

The rooms were really outdated and the food was not appetizing at all. Drinks were bad, and it was annoying to have to wait in line.

The hotel's beautiful landscaping and delicious food are the highlights of this location. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage areas. The spa massage and daily power walks were also great opportunities.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and furniture are a significant concern.

We received complimentary drinks upon arrival which was nice, and the location was great, close to the beach and some good restaurants. Another positive point was the live entertainment which was quite enjoyable.

The rooms were very outdated and the air conditioner was incredibly loud, making it difficult to sleep. the staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, causing long wait times for check-in and check-out.

I had a fantastic time at Sandpiper Bay All-Inclusive resort. The Club Med Volleyball Academy was definitely worth it for my daughter, who plays for a national indoor club team. The coaching staff, including Coaches Kaya, Nick, and Piotr, were amazing and kept the kids engaged. The program was impressive, and we'll definitely be returning. I highly recommend this resort.

The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, with special mentions to Gustavo, Xiomara, and others who served us at the restaurant. The hotel itself was always clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful outside spaces, which had the potential for even more greatness. The pool area was great, especially the adults-only pool. The on-site spa was clean and inviting. We also appreciated the variety of sports and water amenities available. the location and service provided enhanced our comfort and made our stay truly enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
